  • I have a ____ set, can I upgrade to a ____ set at my next fill in service?
    Unfortunately, not. Each set is different and requires different extensions. To upgrade or downgrade to a different set, you will need a removal first.
  • I currently have a set from another technician, will you be able to fill-in over these?
    No, I do not fill in over a foreign set. This means if you have received a full set from another technician and you need a fill in, I will not be able to do so. Instead, we can remove your current set and start fresh.
  • When does your booking site open for the month of _______?
    The appointments will be made available for each month, usually by the last week of the current month. This means that if it is currently January, the appointments for February will open sometime between January 24-31. Countdowns are always posted on Instagram stories and emails are sent out to those who are subscribed!
  • Do you have any openings on_____?
    If there are no slots available on the site, then most likely not. You may ask for a squeeze in appointment and if I can make space, I will accommodate you!
  • Hey, my appointment is tomorrow, I booked for a fill but now I think I need a full set! Can we make adjustments?
    Adjustments can be made if there is space in the schedule. If a client is scheduled directly behind you, you may not be able to be serviced because of the overlap in services. Always let me know at least 24 hours before your service so there are no surprises!
  • Do you have any discounts?
    There are a lot of ways to get discounts on lash sets! 1. There is the code “NEWDOLL” for all my first timers and new dolls! 2. There are referral discounts for those who have come to me before and would like to refer someone new, and that new person will also receive a discount. 3. There are discount codes hidden under posts, so you must be interactive to see them! 4. There are loyalty discounts for those who have been serviced by me 5x or more! No code necessary!
  • Hey, I'm sorry I passed the grace period. I'm literally right outside, can you service me?
    Unfortunately, no. Every minute counts and I do not like and will not rush my services.
  • How often should I get a facial service?
    Depending on your skin concerns, you will need a facial every 2-4 weeks to get the best and long-lasting results. Facial services must be paired with an efficient home care regimen. Please expect to purchase home care products to maintain and achieve wanted results.
  • How do I know which ProFacial service is best for me?
    Modalities can be added once you arrive and complete necessary intake paperwork. This will allow me to get a better understanding of your skin and modalities will be chosen based on this!
